Spacious Beachfront Lakehouse with Breathtaking View
Beautifully designed Adirondack Contemporary 4-season 4-bedroom home with 96 ft of easy to access sandy shoreline has an open concept living area, with its many windows looking to the lake, flowing out to a large deck and attached screened-in sitting area.
A beautiful gallery kitchen includes Vermont marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a private deck looking to the lake as well as a 2nd large bedroom and full bathroom. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and a family room with a walk-out to a large stone patio that leads down to the shoreline.
There is enough yard space for kids to run around. During the late summer months, there is a large sandy beach where you can wade out quite a distance. *Please note that the water is higher (sometimes to the stairs) during the early summer months and during wet summers. Small children and those with mobility issues will need assistance down the stairs to the beach area when it is exposed. Also, during exceptionally rainy summers, the beach may be underwater.
Enjoy some time on the water in our kayaks. You can also relax at night around our fire pit.
There is an over-sized attached garage with a ping pong table!
The house can sleep up to 12 people -- but that is more for adults with children -- please note that there are bunk beds in one room. It would accommodate 6-10 adults comfortably utilizing all sleeping areas and depending on preferred sleeping arrangements. Please review the sleeping accommodations before booking.

Place has everything you could ask for. Very kid friendly with a pack and play in one of the closets ! Great response time. Would return in the future. Had a great time even when it rained our entire weekend.
Very Pleasant experience, everything was very clean and well organized. The amenities such as the firepit and kayaks added to the lake experience . Beds are comfortable and house has plenty of space. Heated floors were a real treat on cold mornings
Sandy bottom goes on and on for wading, swimming and floating, and with their four kayaks, we enjoyed the water every day. Beautiful house. Small but efficient kitchen.
We had a wonderful stay at the lake house.
The house was well kept and very clean.
Great communication with the host.
We would surely stay there again!
This was our second stay at this house. It's really just perfect. Beautiful location and very nice interior of house. Great layout of rooms and fun kitchen dining living room hang out area. Plus ping pong in the garage! Great lake toys. Love it!
We’ve been yearning for a vacation since our family trip overseas was canceled due to COVID, at first we were hesitant to even go anywhere but this place put all our doubts to ease. Everything was spotless and sanitized, we literally thought it was a brand new home. The views are breathtaking! Very kid friendly, everyone from great grandma to my 8 month old son was entertained with countless things to do. Isaiah was very accommodating allowing us to check in early and ensuring everything we needed was present. Beds were comfortable and there were enough sheets and towels for everyone. We definitely plan on coming back!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay here. There was ample room for our three grandsons, three parents and us two grandparents!
The four(!) kayaks are fantastic. There are inflatables, but they’re left-behinds. May or may not be there for you.
The ping pong table was a big hit.
There are tons of hiking for all abilities within 30 min. Our day trip via the ferry to Burlington Vt was lovely.
The summer of ‘23 had historically high lake levels here. Over three feet above normal. We didn’t have any beach, but I spent every day in the water with the boys and can guarantee there is a lovely sandy terrain for 100’ from the shoreline.
I brought a ($50 water mat from Amazon) It was perfect as a portable raft for little kids.
All household appliances worked as they should. There was plenty of parking for up to five cars.
There is no central AC and we were comfortable all week. My only suggestion is the portable AC unit on the main floor would be better deployed on the ground floor with two bedrooms.

The location was perfect. It was peaceful and quiet. The views were truly breathtaking as described. There was ample lawn furniture and adequate kitchen equipment for the space. Plenty of towels and sheets. Cleaning of high touch areas needs improvement including door handles and light switches. The overall cleanliness did not match the ratings from previous renters. A/C was helpful but the units were really not large enough for the space. If it had been really hot the entire time we were there it would have been uncomfortable. Lower level bedrooms need privacy shades as there were none along with a dehumidifier. Carpeting is not a good choice downstairs when you are coming in from the water. Guests should be aware the stairs to the beach are unlevel and could be dangerous for young children/elderly people and the water is very high and there is no beach. A neighbor told us the lake is 5 ft higher than 2 yrs ago. In general the amenities should be updated. For example; a keurig coffee maker has been added which is not listed in the binder that is sent. Security cameras are on the front and back of the house outside only and not noted. Screens on the screened in porch are torn along with the slider onto the deck and should be repaired. Smoke alarms had batteries missing and not all functional.
The house was super clean! The view of the lake is tremendous. The little tide pools and sandy beach in front were great for the kids. The House has both children and adult life vests, sand toys, and 4 kayaks. There are also 4 rafts/inner tubes and a boogie board too. We brought our own fishing poles and beach chairs to place in the water. So relaxing sitting in the water on a sandbar while the constant flow of water rolls over your feet - miss it already!
The convenience of having a washer/dryer helped a lot - especially with 2 babies under 1.
We brought our own pack and play, but there was one at the house. Lots of movies to choose from for movie night.
Having towels and linens provided was a big plus!
We loved the screened outdoor eating area. What a great option to still be eating outside when it rained. The seating area on the deck was very nice too. Both outdoor seating sections allowed for 6 people. There are 2 wicker chairs and a wicker lounge chair on the lower level under the deck as well as a zero gravity chair. We brought our own folding and collapsible chairs for the fire pit because we didn’t know what type of chairs were outside.
Storage for our own food was terrific. There was a lot of empty cabinets for us to use. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glasses and silverware. We cooked a lot because of the little kids. There wasn’t a tray to carry food to the grill, but we managed. One suggestion would be to have some more serving bowls.
The stone stairs (maybe 5 steps) leading from the lower level of the yard to the water are a bit treacherous. They are super cool to look at them as a staircase, but you need to watch where you are going. Would definitely not let kids walk down them by themselves.
We had a lovely time and are looking forward to renting again. Thanking you for sharing your piece of heaven with us.
Our family really enjoyed this beautiful home. Can’t beat the view and proximity to the lake. So peaceful. Easy access to stores, ice cream, and restaurants. A hidden gem for sure.
We loved this lake house! Beautiful views, well stocked house, and great communication with the owners.

Nice lake view.
Overall comfortable, but needs some attention. More living room furniture would be nice. Not enough for 6 adults to visit together. Lower level bath was a problem with septic alarm going off at all hours randomly. To be fair ,we had just stayed at very nice homes in N.H and Maine,so this was a little bit of a let down. It was clean ,but could use a little organization and some decorative touches. I’m sure it would be great to be there with warmer weather as the water is shallow and nice for young kids. Loved the view !
This property was absolutely perfect for our long weekend away. It was very clean, everything was functional, and the views were breathtaking. This was the nicest place we have stayed so far. The owners were available anytime we needed them. I highly recommend this property!
We loved this stunning vacation rental from the moment we walked through the door. Exactly as described in the listing and yet so much more! Spotlessly clean -- I mean really really clean. We immediately felt welcome and the lovely owners have thought of absolutely everything you could need or want, and then some. From exceptional linens and towels, to the most comfortable furniture everywhere (inside and out!), to life jackets, to all your kitchen needs, to friendly and attentive owners, we loved every minute. The house is actually 3 levels and each one afforded privacy if you wanted it with plenty of space for the family to gather, too. The location is incredible and the views speak for themselves. I think I took the same picture 100 times looking out over the lake. The early morning and evening glorious skies were beyond anything we'd ever seen. We explored the area's restaurants, took the ferry to Vermont, walked, relaxed, slept better than we have in ages, and enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful property. We can't wait to come back!
Wonderful beach house in the perfect shallow bay with gorgeous mountain views. The house is beautifully appointed and the hosts are very responsive. Would come back again.
The house was comfortable and beautiful, but nothing beats the view! We opened the windows in the upstairs bedroom at night and enjoyed listening to the waves on Lake Champlain hitting the rocks at the edge of the property and waking up to see the sunrise over the water. The home had great amenities and was convenient for my husband and father-in-law to fish with their kayaks. It was a safe property for our little ones, who enjoyed the downstairs space for play and cartoon viewing. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to make large family meals. Sam was very quick to respond when I sent a message about the trash not being picked up and was kind enough to send the binder PDF well in advance so we could better plan our trip. I highly recommend anyone to book this house if you’re looking for a lakeside retreat!
