Stunning beach house located right on the edge of beautiful Moreton Bay and just a short stroll to The World Famous Gutter Bar. Enjoy breathtaking views and amazing sunsets from the expansive decks. The location is perfect if you have a tinnie or a jet ski - they can be anchored directly in front of the house. This property comes with a fully equipped modern kitchen and an outdoor BBQ. There are multiple areas for dining and relaxing and you can also enjoy a relaxing drink in front of the outdoor fireplace located centrally on the deck. The property features 2 generous size bedrooms both with queen size beds and a mezzanine floor where a queen size sofa bed is located. There is an additional toilet located off the deck as well as a fabulous fully private outdoor hot and cold shower.

Our host, Kath, was great. Lovely person who trusted us with her lovely home. Great communication. Leo at the Gutter Bar who managed the property is a legend. The place was amazing, very stylish and homely. Would love to visit again. Kooringal is a very special place.

Unforgettable Moreton Island Weekend Just spent an amazing few days at 51 Kooringal Esplanade on stunning Moreton Island. The accommodation was beautiful and the views were incredible, absolute paradise!Matt and fantastic crew at the gutter bar were exceptional and made our friends 60th amazing Great mates, good food, ocean breeze… what more could you want? Already dreaming of the next trip back!
