The property was nice. Seemed clean at first, we quickly realized that there were ants everywhere. They charged me for using too much AC kilowatts even though the ceiling fans didn’t work, and housekeeping never came to clean one time.

The house was great and the staff at Coral Estates was great. Just be very careful with your electricity usage and watch the billing closely. We received several messages from their finance dept telling us we had an outstanding balance and requested us to send proof of payment. When we went into the billing we noticed that we had overpaid the VRBO service fee twice. I called VRBO and forwarded the documentation to them and talked with the front office at Coral Estates and they said their finance dept. would have to take care of it. I’ve messaged them several times and no one will respond.
