Thank you for highlighting Villa Seven’s stunning views, privacy, outdoor spaces and ocean access. We’re pleased you enjoyed your stay and felt you chose the right place. We were disappointed by the four-star rating and would like to clarify a few points. The mattresses are relatively new and of high quality. Comfort is personal, and while they did not suit your preferences, this does not make them poor quality. The house has two coffee machines, each with its matching pot. Both were available during your stay; using the other machine’s pot can cause the issue described. We supply indoor towels and one beach towel per guest, as communicated before arrival. Additional towels are available for an extra charge, also explained beforehand. You chose not to request these, so the quantity supplied matched the stated arrangements. We arranged a technician after your washing machine report and informed you it was working again. European machines have programs lasting over two hours; a long cycle does not itself indicate a fault. We regret any uncertainty in our follow-up. We have noted your comments about the cushions. We respect your experience, but personal preferences and appliance operation should be distinguished from the property’s quality.
