Holiday home directly on the sea, ideal for 2+2 people, 50 sqm Wohrflaeche; 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed for 1 person, WC / shower, large terrace with beautiful views of the sea (only 20m from the house Enferut). Current 12V (lademoeglicht for Händy), gas-Kuerschrank, gas -offen.
On the lower terrace grill. Zusaetrlich rear terrace (always in Schallen). Bathing facilities Outlying large pier (approx 60sqm), concrete, gravel and Felsenstraende, cca. 150m vorergelagert
Small uninhabited islets,
Verpflegungsmoeglicheite in place Tkon (approx. 4 km), Shop, Baeckeraisen, Metzgerein, Knaipen, coffees, restaurants, post office, church ... Ferry to the mainland (Tkon-Biograd) several times a day. Parking Place 150 m.

Tolle Lage, super Natur

Der Kontakt mit Adrijana war unkompliziert. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir wurden direkt an der Fähre empfangen. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich. Mit dem Auto kann man nicht direkt ans Haus fahren. Gepäck wird mit Boot gebracht. Die Lage, das Wasser, das Meer ist 1a. Das Bett ist sehr schmal. Innen dürfte es etwas sauberer und aufgeräumter sein. Es gibt nur eine spärlich wasserspendende Außendusche..Bei Starkregen hat es durchs Dach getropft. Alles in Allem haben wir den Urlaub und die Natur auf der Insel sehr genossen. Die genannten Dinge am Haus wären leicht zu beheben, auch wenn es natürlich eine Robinsonade ist. Wer naturnahen Urlaub mag, wird es dort genießen…
