Looking for that chic, secluded, newly renovated cottage with a heated pool, central A/C, outdoor shower, natural gas firepit, natural gas grill, three fireplaces and only a 2 min stroll to the beach? Cottage 282 is your perfect home away from home! The cottage is landscaped to perfection with fountains and an abundance of outdoor seating. This unique getaway is the perfect retreat for friends and family looking to unwind in a world-class setting. The living room features a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and a wall of glass with access to the pool and gardens. Cottage 282 also features a family room and an additional sitting room with a fireplace and glass walls overlooking the pool. Open floor plan perfect for family gatherings. Back of the cottage opens to expansive pool area, seating, and gardens with breathtaking outdoor night lighting.

This 5 bed, 5.5 bath home can sleep 10 comfortably. Each bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom for added privacy. The exquisite primary suite features a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, separate coffee bar with mini-frig, walk-in closet, double vanity bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a BainUltra air jet tub. The primary suite has access to the outdoor pool and gardens. Four of the five bedrooms have smart TVs. This cottage also comes with a private children’s playroom with a smart TV plus a daybed. With our high-tech central A/C and heat system, each common space and each bedroom has its own climate control. The primary suite plus three additional bedrooms are on the first floor with one bedroom on the second level. Crib, highchair and 2 Pack ‘n Play are included at no cost. We also include use of 4 adult bikes, 3 children’s bikes plus a Burley bike trailer that holds two children…all for no cost. Renting these items from Sea Island is about $280/week per bike and $70/week for a kid buggy trailer. If you choose to use the beach on our street, we have a beach wagon to easily transport beach chairs (we have 10), beach umbrella (3), beach toys, etc.
High-speed 5g WiFi with extenders will keep you connected throughout your stay. Appliances include two washers and dryers, gas range and hood, disposal, microwave, dishwasher, high speed blender, refrigerator/freezer combo with icemaker, and two refrigerated beverage drawers. Sonos throughout the house and outdoors.

• Cleaning service required upon departure for a fee
• Parking for 6 vehicles (driveway plus circular driveway)
• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (11 people at full capacity).
• Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, photo-shoots, filming are not permitted without owner’s explicit approval. Smoking, pets and fireworks are also not permitted.

Available for an additional charge: Sea Island temporary membership (see below for more details), a cottage concierge who can assist with Sea Island reservations and grocery stocking pre-arrival.

SEA ISLAND PRIVILEGES: Please note that you do not need temporary membership cards to:
• Access the expansive beach at any points North of 5th St and South of 35th St...over two miles of incredible beach
• Visit The Cloister and it’s shops
• The Shooting School and Stables are both open to the public. A credit card is required to cover charges.

Any guest wishing to use the Beach Club, Spa, Fitness Center, or Tennis is required to have a card. Option to Purchase Sea Island Temporary Membership Cards:
The home owner has a Sea Island Membership, and can provide Temporary Membership Cards for Lessee that grants them access to all Sea Island Amenities and gives them the ability to book activities and dining with Sea Island. If the guests chooses to, the guest is charged the fees, as shown below:
Adults (26+): $175 daily
Children Under 26: two passes are provided with the purchase of 2 adults cards. Additional children are charged $60 per day. Cards are not required for children under 7 years old.
Example: a Family with 2 adults and 2 children under 26 will be charged the following on a daily basis: $175 per adult per day and nothing for their 2 children, for a total of $350 per day. If a family has 3 children under 26, the 3rd child would incur an additional $60 per day charge, for total of $410 per day to have a temporary membership for the family.

For any day cards are requested to enjoy the amenities, Sea Island has a 2 card minimum.

It is suggested that your membership card order be sent to Sea Island Membership upon booking. You can cancel cards up to 24 hours in advance without a penalty.

Minimum Age Requirement of 35 to rent the property and must remain present during stay.
