Ground Floor: Large entrance mud room, laundry and separate toilet. Open plan Kitchen, dining & living room with wood-fire place. Back deck entertaining area with BBQ.
Second Floor: 2 x bedrooms, 1 x bathroom with bathtub, 1 x ensuite and second lounge area with 2 x sofa beds.
