In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 2, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This third floor updated one-bedroom oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental is the perfect spot for a couples getaway!

The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a serene view over the beach. It also features a flat-screen TV and connects to a small dining area for two. The full kitchen highlights a color mosaic backsplash and full size appliances.

Just off the entryway, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and balcony overlooking the ocean. A full size bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower is attached.

The villa is equipped with wireless internet. Community washers and dryers and an elevator are provided within the building.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards bike rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. Please note: Within the Shipwatch community, this credit is only valid for bike rentals.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Amazing Place and Gorgeous Views

The property is in a great location and has stunning views. We did a weekend getaway and were so impressed with the condo (it was accurately described), the views from the living area and deck along with the perks (private beach walk) to the beach. Additionally, the couch and bed were comfortable and we were given a guide full of information when we checked-in. Highly recommend staying here!!!

The sofa in the living room is awful. We couldn’t even sit on it to watch tv. That is my only complaint about the unit.
