This fully renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 1 bedroom, a relaxing balcony, and a short 1-minute walk to the beach.

This first-floor Windswept Villa welcomes you with an open floor plan, upscale finishes, and soft neutral hues. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating equipped with a sleeper chair that converts to a twin, a flat-screen TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful white cabinetry, deluxe appliances, and enough counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers ample seating and close proximity to the kitchen.

The villa’s primary bedroom features scenic views, a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a private primary bathroom equipped with a glass, walk-in shower.

Enjoy your morning coffee or sit back and unwind on the lovely balcony!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

A beautiful villa in a great spot.

We loved this villa! The place is so inviting and perfect for us. We think it’s the nicest Windswept villa! The location is perfect for that quick walk to the beach. We can’t wait to return!

Great location

Just steps to the beach! View of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony were great. Furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen was very nice with everything we needed.

Fantastic Condo

The place is amazing. We’ve stayed at The Sanctuary in the past and decided to try a condo instead. We were not disappointed and I would highly recommend. Thanks for a great experience!

Basic amenities should be provided

We love Kiawah and the property was lovely but we had to buy supplies that were not supplied or only minimally supplied like toilet paper, paper towels, and salt and pepper. The dryer did not dry in one cycle and everything had to go through the dryer twice. The shades in the bedroom do not eliminate the outside flood lights completely so the bedroom was somewhat illuminated throughout the night. The TV did not have local channels although streaming apps were available but the property did not inform beforehand that you need your username and password to access. For the price we paid, we expected more of the basics to be covered but the property was decorated very nicely and was close to the beach.

As each of the properties on our program are privately owned, what is offered from place to place can greatly vary. We do ensure that high speed internet is available to each home.
