This 4th-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a Windswept Villa that offers stunning views of the ocean. The charming villa has undergone a complete renovation and is just steps from the beach and walking distance to Night Heron Park.

When you enter the main living space, you are greeted with a cathedral ceiling with many windows offering an abundance of natural light and ocean views. The open kitchen has been updated with stainless appliances, white cabinets, and granite countertops. Enjoy your meals in the dining area, featuring a large window creating a bright airy space, or eat at the kitchen island, which has 3 bar stools. The living room features a comfortable sofa and multiple chairs offering ocean views while watching a 54” flat-screen TV. Sliding doors in the living room lead you to a shaded afternoon deck. Perfect for getting out of the hot afternoon sun while relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.

The oceanview primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom for added privacy with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The second oceanview room also offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private entry via a modern barn door to the full hall bathroom. Just down the hall, you’ll find the third bedroom featuring two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, cable TV, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the villa's front entrance. The camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
