Welcome to your dream getaway! This stunning first-floor oceanfront vacation rental was completely renovated in early 2025, blending modern design with the relaxing charm of coastal living. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by airy open-concept living spaces and high-end finishes throughout.

The totally renovated open-concept kitchen, featuring sleek gray and blue cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances has everything you need to cook in style. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and living area, now updated with fresh, contemporary furniture and beautiful light wood floors that bring warmth and elegance to the space. The living area offers plenty of seating and a flat-screen television for entertainment. One of the several oceanfront balconies is located just off the living area, and provides a covered deck with a small dining table and chairs to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view.

Retreat to the serene primary suite, where you’ll find all-new bedroom furniture and a luxurious en suite bathroom boasting a dual vanity and a chic walk-in shower. A covered patio is also accessible from the primary suite. The secondary bedroom is equally inviting, complete with a new king-size bed and a fully renovated bathroom featuring an updated vanity and walk-in shower. You can even lounge outside on the balcony in one of the two lounge chairs, and listen to the calming sounds of the waves or the seagulls as they fly by. The third bedroom is near the villa’s entry and offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin bed, and private bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony, relaxing inside, or heading down to the beach just steps away, this beautifully updated property offers the perfect setting for unforgettable coastal vacations.

Nice vacation unit that provided easy access to the beach!

Overall the property was great, but there were a couple items we wanted to call to your attention: 1) The lock box was extremely difficult to figure out and, in fact, we were unable to lock it back up upon our departure. Last year we stayed in a unit that had a keyless entry. That was great because we didn't have to think about keys when we went to the beach. 2) The living room furniture was dated and somewhat worn. For older people, the couch and chairs did not provide good support when sitting. 3) Everything else was great and we would possibly consider rebooking this unit again.

None supplied in condo. Linens would be described as poor. Only one pillow per person. No extras. Most of us sleep with more at home. Only top sheet and very thin bed spread/blanket on bed. No extras. Wished I had brought my own linens from home. I would not rent this condo again due to that. I would recommend it to a friend with that caveat.

Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful with a beautiful view and close proximity to the beach boardwalk. Unfortunately the unit really needs upkeep. The toilets do not flush well. The bathrooms in general need maintenance work including cracked and peeling walls and paint. The kitchen was not well supplied with utensils and cooking tools/ needs. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty inside and out. The washing machine smells. I called to have the shower curtain replaced which was moldy. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless but were disappointed in the condition of the condo especially given the cost. We expected better upkeep of the rental unit.

Stayed here for a week with my family. Unfortunately the unit lacked cleanliness and appeared to hastily serviced, if at all between rentals. Property manager was timely in the multiple responses however overall questions about cleanliness loomed rather than dealing with the one off complaints. Unit could use a deep clean.

It was perfectly located close to the beach, Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary Hotel and the tennis courts. The condo comfortably slept our group of seven, and my husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom within the condo. The multiple balconies overlooking the natural landscape, beach and ocean were a delightful bonus. Most days, some of us enjoyed breakfast and/or lunch out on the balcony off the living room. the amenities within the condo were great, and the $250 credit toward bike and chair/umbrella rentals was fantastic. Thanks for everything!

Great property in the center of it all!

We were very happy with this windswept villa! We loved the easy access to beach, Sanctuary, tennis courts and Night Heron Park. And even though it was a busy July 4th week and there was a lot going on, the condo provided a lovely respite from all the activity outside. It was fun to sit on the porch for breakfast and watch the beach goers come and go. The kitchen, though small, was perfectly appointed for the occasions that we wanted to dine in. Our four grown(ish) children and two friends stayed with us, and the place still felt comfortable and spacious- a great layout! Thanks for everything!

A perfect ocean visit

The condo was very clean and we appreciated that lights were on and jazz was playing when we arrived. Check-in was effortless, especially as our car passes were emailed to us ahead of time. The location is excellent. From the first floor, the ocean views are beautiful, with the dune foliage view meeting the sea without any visual obstacles. The first floor corner condo was also so convenient to the boardwalk and we used the stairs most of the time. We found that we needed a larger frying pan and an iron and management was there within hours of our request. The layout of the condo was also good and we enjoyed all three balconies. We would definitely request this condo again.

The layout of the condo is excellent and we enjoyed all three balconies. We would definitely rent this unit again. Not to worry - the AE Team went to work and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. They found a similar property, in close proximity to our original choice, with the result that we had a very enjoyable stay. Our 25th year to Kiawah, and we will be back next year. Kudos to AE for a job, again, well done!

The sound of the ocean and easy access is a huge plus. We were very comfortable and would go back again. The unit was clean, although the carpet had some stains. But overall, we would go back to this unit because of its location at the corner of the building. We would also rent through Ellis Akers again.

The apartment's best features are its three decks all with attractive ocean views, and its large living-room with plenty of sitting space. Its main disadvantage is a small, galley-like kitchen which is cramped for preparing meals.
