The condo was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen, dining and living room were an open floor plan taking the space feel even larger. The porch was not usable given the construction going in the furniture was not prepared for us to be there. It had been quite windy previously, and I think things were just stacked up to protect the furnishings. However, the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our day very much and it did not impact how we felt about the property. Hope to return soon!

We were supposed to be in Italy this year for a fun trip with friends but COVID caused us to cancel. Although we weren't in Italy we had so much fun and it was really relaxing. Very close to Cougar Pointe for golf/dinner/drinks as well as very close to the beach which made it easy to come and go as you pleased.

Location and easy access to beach

This property is a short drive to Fresh Fields, Cougar Point and the Kiawah General Market. 3 minute walk to the beach, and the property provides beach chairs and boogie boards. Quality furniture, bath towels and technology (TV & WiFi). There are some exterior and interior areas that need attention, but still provides a comfortable stay. Great communication with management property, too.
