Fantastic place for a short break

Absolutely lovely place on the beach which was secluded enough for a great get away but not far from restaurants and amenities. Accommodation was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable.

Cozy Beach getaway

This property was perfect for a family getaway. The grounds were manicured well making the short walk to the beach so enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the porch with a view of the ocean.

Fun with the family

Easy to check in Clean (wife happy) Location was great!!!!! Able to hit the beach, and the golf course. Sat at the ocean course one day out side and had lunch 12 minutes away, I would suggest. Overall would go back.

Thanksgiving

We enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday at Kiawah! Cute condo with space for everyone (there were 6 of us). Easy walk to the beach right out the back door. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is the cheap knives. They don’t cut anything. Bring your own if you plan to cook.

Great location but…

Condo was not the cleanest or the most up to date. Needs an inside paint ob and decent mattresses. Bathrooms definitely need help- lever and knob is loose. Kitchen was spartan. Glasses, silverware, and pots and pans were sad. No rail down inside steps for safety for young and old. Wish it were better loved, because it could be great. Good washer and dryer.

Relaxing Getaway

This large condo on the beach has everything one needs to escape the every day and relax - lovely view of the flora and ocean, very short boardwalk to the beach, a condo with all the amenities.

Emergency Renovations derailed our perfect vacation

Rented a place with 2 minute walk to the beach but was told weeks before our vacation that "Emergency Renovations" had to occur and they offered us a nice home but a 10 minute walk instead of 2. This took away the ability to go back and forth for the ease of bathroom, food and rest breaks. This change in venue makes for a total different vacation experience in terms of what we purposely rented and was given as an alternative.

We love this villa. It is spacious and well-designed, has a great outdoor space with ocean views and wildlife among the dunes. Very convenient to the beach. Peaceful and quiet.

Much needed getaway

We love staying at the Seascape Villas and this unit was great for three couples. The location is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. It was a bonus to find there were ample beach chairs available for us on the porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we were looking for and more. The sunny porch was our favorite spot to relax in the afternoons. Beautiful villa at a beautiful resort, even in the off-season (our visit was in December)!

Location and easy access to beach

This property is a short drive to Fresh Fields, Cougar Point and the Kiawah General Market. 3 minute walk to the beach, and the property provides beach chairs and boogie boards. Quality furniture, bath towels and technology (TV & WiFi). There are some exterior and interior areas that need attention, but still provides a comfortable stay. Great communication with management property, too.
