About this property

Masina & Moana cosy guest homes in East Auckland, ideal for large groups.

Masina & Moana are our two separate guest homes, both located on the property. Masina is located on the upper level & Moana on the lower level.

Masina has 4 bedrooms (5 beds) and caters up to 8 guests. We have a number of amenities that cater to our different guests. Including a luxurious open plan kitchen, broadband internet and 65 inch SMART TV.

Masina's open plan living room, kitchen and dining area opens directly to a number of great outdoor spaces, ideal for family dinners & bbqs in the summer.

Enjoy lazing on the outdoor dining area on a bean bag or watching the kids play a game in the backyard area. There are a few fruit trees and plenty of space for the kids and family to run around.

Masina offers two Master bedrooms with luxurious King size beds. One has a master ensuite and the other enjoys beautiful views overlooking the property.

The other two rooms are comfortably sized bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other two king singles.

Masina has a luxurious main bathroom for guests, with guest amenities (e.g. haridryer) & boasts a separate laundry room with a laundry & dryer to use during your stay.

Moana has 2 bedrooms (2 beds) and caters up to 5 guests. We have a number of amenities that cater to our different guests. Including a broadband internet and 65 inch SMART TV (Netflix & Disney Plus.) Moana has an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area perfect for our guests.

Moana offers a luxurious Master bedroom with a King size bed. The other room has a queen bed. Moana has a main bathroom for guests, with guest amenities (e.g. hairdryer) & washer/dryer.

There is designated parking spaces and plenty of onstreet parking.

Lastly the property is located close to Sylvia Park & Botany Town Centre, located within 15mins of Auckland City & most Auckland attractions.

We had a really lovely stay at Masina and Moana. The house was comfortable, clean, and well set up for our family of 11 with both properties being used. Communication was excellent and Ida was very friendly and welcoming, which made our time here feel easy and enjoyable.It was a great stay and we would happily return—thank you Ida!

Lovely duplex home in a quiet Auckland suburb. Very clean and well appointed with excellent host communication. The space was ideal for our group of 8. The home is also conveniently located to easy routes connecting you to all of the sights in and around Auckland and the North Island. We would highly recommend staying with Ida anytime.

Beautiful split home can accommodate a large group. Host was very responsive and attentive.We had an issue upon check in with a bird getting into the house and leaving a mess the host had this cleaned up very quickly. And gave us a little chocolate gift - much appreciated The location while showed 20mins from town was actually more like 30-50mins with traffic and roadworks - factor that in of you need to be in town.The pillows were not the best and could def use upgrading to something a bit firmer and having both soft and firm options in all rooms. We all did struggle with the pillows.Clean rooms, well stocked kitchen for cooking.
