This property was exactly as described and communication was prompty and practically in real time. The property easily fit our family of six - 4 adults with 2 young children. Each kid got to have their own bedroom, which they loved, and we still had a ton of extra space left over. With three full bathrooms, there was never a wait for anyone to use the toilet or a rush to get ready in the morning. We did visit in the winter, during a week when Auckland was having unusually cold weather, but there was ample space heaters to keep each room warm and cozy. We loved the protection of the gated property and, despite being close to the airport, we were never disturbed by sounds of airplanes or other noises of the surrounding neighborhood. Overall, it was a great place for us to settle and regroup after an 18 direct flight from the United States. We only stayed for one night, but were well-rested and ready to go by morning!
