Located in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, this cabin offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Nestled in the hills along Pinnacle Drive, you’ll enjoy mountain views, quiet surroundings, and easy access to local attractions, shops, and dining. It’s an ideal spot for guests who want a serene Smoky Mountain retreat while still being close to all the excitement Gatlinburg has to offer.



Getting Around:

The roads leading to the cabin are fully paved, though some sections are steep. During the winter months (December–April), a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for safe access.



Other Things to Note:

The fireplace is available seasonally and will be turned off from May 1 through October 1.

Please note that an additional guest fee of $25 per night applies for each guest over 10.



Seasonal Note: The cabin is in a wooded area, so you may see occasional insects. Ladybugs are especially common in winter. They’re harmless but may appear indoors at times.

This property has the best view of the mountains. It is very close to town and Pigeon Forge. The video driving car game was really a hit. The unit was pet friendly and we loved that.

This place was wonderful. We had 3 families and one with 3 kids that fit in the bunk room great together. Communication with property management was great. We did see a bear walking the grounds, but that is par for the course in Gatlinburg. Proximity to downtown and hiking was also really good too. Only thing we struggled with was the slider on the main porch was difficult to open and close and there were no potholders so we donated some from the dollar store. All and in all, a great property and stay.

Living Room
Comfortable living area perfect for gatherings of family and friends to take in the spectacular views from all angles. You’ll feel totally immersed and enveloped in the loving embrace of the mountain landscape while you catch a nap on the comfy sofa or play a boardgame with the family.
The big screen TV is great for movie nights while the cozy electric (no heat) fireplace sets a relaxing vibe. One of the sofas doubles as a queen pullout for overflow sleeping.

Kitchen
The modern, open-concept kitchen is perfect for preparing quick snacks or family meals while never being isolated from the social environment. Fully stocked with all of your cooking utensils (and some starter condiments such as oil, salt, and pepper), the kitchen will feel like home. If there’s any special item you may need, please let us know and we can see if we can accommodate.
The hickory wood dining table with 6 chairs and a bench is a great area to gather for a delicious meal or decorate Christmas cookies.

Theater Room
The Theater Room has seating for 5 in Theater Chairs (some bean bags to be added soon for 3 more additional seats). Bust out the buttery popcorn and watch a classic or comedy with the family in the awesome theater room. The massive TV comes equipped with a Blue-Ray Player and the room is stocked with some of the best movies of multiple generations. So prepare some snacks, cozy up in the theater, and stay in for movie night for good ol’ fashioned family fun.

Game Room
The Rec room does not disappoint with a pool table, barrel tabletop Multicade with tons of arcade games, and a Fast and Furious Super Cars arcade racing game (a huge hit with everyone!). The game room is surrounded by mountains in all directions, so you’ll be gaming in style at all times.

Outdoor Spaces
You’ll love the flat, paved, and motorcycle-friendly driveway with parking for 4 and only 4 steps to enter the home, making getting in and out quite simple for a cabin with such spectacular views! The 36” charcoal grill is perfect for large family BBQs and the decks are stocked with high-end furniture and a fantastic bubbling hot tub where you can marvel at the area from your bird’s eye haven.
