Honestly this kitchen was more well stocked than most of my friend's homes. Outdoor hot tub was also pretty nice. Parking garage is easily accessible and convenient. Highly recommend
Cute little condo/apartment! Very clean and well cared for, which is extremely important to me. Bathroom and bedroom are small, but didn't effect our stay. We loved our stay in Tahoe!

Clean place, but sorry to say that the furniture was uncomfortable and the noise from the main road is close and was loud. View of a parking lot and the hot tub was out of order during our stay.

Reviewer Comments:
Accessing the rental was easy, however the instructions of getting your parking pass were a bit unclear. Aside from that the rental was very clean, in fact it felt a bit too sterile. There were no "cozy" elements such a throw blankets, fluffly rugs or decorative/functional throw pillows. These arent necessary but would have been nice to have and make it feel home-like considering it was winter and the snow was falling. Additionally, the hot tub was overly chlorinated- there was so much chlorine that our swim suits were bleached. My 2 year old, who swims in our hot tub every morning, had irritated eyes from it (she doesn't wear goggles). Again, it was nice to have a hot tub to enjoy while the snow fell but it ruined our clothing and may have been harmful to our skin and health.

Thank you, Clarissa, for taking the time to share your experience at Lakeland Village #223. We appreciate you highlighting how easy access to the unit was and especially your kind words about the cleanliness of the home, our housekeeping team works diligently to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for every guest, and we’ll be sure to pass along your feedback to them. Regarding your comments on the cozy elements of the unit, we appreciate the suggestion. While we aim for a clean and functional space, we understand how small touches like throws or extra pillows can add to the comfort, especially during snowy winter stays. Since the time your comment was made, the owner has added throw blankets to the home. As for the hot tub concerns, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We have already contacted the on-site HOA who manage the shared amenities at Lakeland Village, and they’ve assured us they’ll be informing their security team to more closely monitor the pool and hot tub areas moving forward. Per their stated policy, children under 5 are not permitted in the hot tubs, even when supervised by a parent, we understand this may not have been made clear during your visit and apologize for any confusion. For future guests, please know that Lakeland Village is a unique lakeside property with incredible amenities, and while the HOA manages many of the common areas, we’re always here to help communicate your concerns to ensure a great stay. If any issues arise, our team is available 7 days a week by phone, text, or email to assist in real-time. Thank you again for your feedback, Clarissa, and we hope to welcome you back for a more comfortable experience in the future for your next Tahoe adventure.
