Welcome to Zen Den, a serene retreat designed for comfort and relaxation in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. This inviting home offers everything you need for a memorable stay with family and friends.

As you arrive, you will be greeted by a spacious driveway that easily accommodates up to four vehicles. Step inside, and you will find the living room to your right, where a cozy blue sofa invites you to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the large Roku TV. The open-concept floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the kitchen, which boasts top-of-the-line appliances and an island with three counter stools- perfect for casual gatherings. Keep your wine bottles at the perfect temperature in the wine fridge located in the center island. The dining area, right next to the kitchen, comfortably seats six and is ideal for sharing meals together.

Throughout these spaces, you will notice calming hints of brown and green that add a touch of nature to the modern decor. Zen Den features three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing a peaceful and comfortable retreat for every guest. Whether you are here to unwind or explore Fort Lauderdale, this home offers the perfect blend of style and serenity.

A floaty volleyball net is also available and is stored in the patio storage. Enjoy meals al fresco at the outdoor dining table that comfortably seats six and take advantage of the BBQ grill for a true outdoor feast. The outdoor shower and hammock provide the perfect spots to relax after a swim.

🔥 Whether you're grilling up a delicious dinner or simply relaxing by the pool, this space offers the ideal blend of relaxation and entertainment. The astroturf area adds a touch of greenery, making it a versatile spot for both play and leisure. It includes a cornhole game for added fun. Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the set of weights and yoga mats for a workout amidst the tropical scenery.

- Pool heating is available upon request and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $30 fee per day for pool heating. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange this service for you.

**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10 PM – 8 AM
-This property is equipped with security cameras outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
- Pool heating is available upon request and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $30 fee per day for pool heating. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange this service for you.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outdoor trash bin. Failure to comply with our pet policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones, we offer a Pack-'n-Play with a thicker mattress and a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make your request at the time of booking, or 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Property Care Instructions: Treat this home like your own.

- The plumbing at this property is sensitive. To prevent clogs and potential damage, please do not flush large amounts of toilet paper, wipes, or sanitary products. Any plumbing issues caused by improper use may result in an additional charge for repairs.
- Any/all outdoor umbrella(s) must be placed in the closed position when not in use, and at the time of check-out. This must be done to prevent breakage due to weather conditions. Failure to comply will result in an additional charge.
- Please ensure the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.
