Hello guests! Welcome to our freshly painted 3 bedroom guest suite located in very central Vancouver. We are very centrally located; 15 minutes to downtown; 10 minutes to Metrotown; 15 minutes to Richmond.; and 30 minutes to the north shore.
Close to many prime locations,bus routes, skytrain, airport and transportation! Many supermarkets and Asian restaurants around within 5 minutes driving distance.

Review

The property was clean and well-cared for, and provided as advertised comfortable and very reasonably priced accommodations while we were involved in an event in Vancouver. The owner made it very easy for us. Parking on the street was never a problem. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and spacious

Clean and spacious. Needed some soap and towel supplies but host got them to us ASAPKitchen needs some items to make cooking easier like measuring cups and some wooden utensils for cooking as the Teflon spatulas were melting when trying to cook Also needs batteries for fan remotes as they would not work bc not enough batteries Overall enjoyable stay

Vancouver stay

Great value for 3 BR and 1.5 bath with readily available street parking. More than sufficient kitchen amenities and dining area, conveniently located electric outlets in all rooms, good WiFi, bathroom toilet paper dispenser needs minor update, and there is no local tv coverage. Close to grocery, coffee, bakery, and foodery. Location makes it easy to connect on to major arteries and just 10 minutes from Metrotown and Burnaby, 15 minutes to Downtown or Richmond.Will use again on next trip to Vancouver.

Gute Unterkunft im Bereich Vancouver

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets schnell und sehr freundlich! Bei unseren Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und lag versteckt, aber in ruhiger Lage hinter dem Haupthaus. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet, können aber nichts negatives berichten und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen! Kein großer Luxus, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht.
