Modern 2BD Ground Level Suite in the Heart of Surrey!!!
A newly renovated 2 bedroom garden suite, that is close to lots of amenities. The 2 bedroom suite is self contained and separate from the main house with it's own entrance in the backyard, for maximum privacy. You'll have your own outdoor deck, even an outdoor covered space just outside your door.
There's a modern and cozy living room to relax in after a long day of exploring or working. The couch turns into a queen size bed in case you need extra sleeping space. The full kitchen has all the little of comforts of home, and all the dishes and utensils you may need to whip up a home made meal have been provided. The bathroom is always sparkling clean and sanitized before every guest's arrival. We always make sure there is shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer, for our guests' convenience.
Washer/dryer available in the unit.
