Modernized kitchen and baths. Unbelievable views overlooking Moorings Bay. See dolphins right out you window 40 foot from you. Ideal for up to 4, but have room for overnight visitors that could accommodate more. Close to downtown Naples. Near many golf courses. 2 Boat slips for the avid boater. Just a 3 or 4 tenth of a mile walk to the beach. We have a beach cart, chairs, games and much more. Spectacular location close to downtown Naples and Venetian Bay.

My wife and I have owned this going on 10+ years. We looked all over for a great complex with a beautiful pool area and fantastic views. We aren't the type that like to look at just the water like on the gulf. We prefer the lights in the evening and night of the homes across the bay. It is just a short 7 minute walk to the beach. We have covered car parking and a storage unit with all you will need.
