We have been Bear Mountain residents for over eight years, raising our family in this peaceful oasis surrounded by natural beauty. We get to experience world-class recreation every day we step outside and breathe in the fresh ocean and lush forests. So we wanted to share this unique,
resort lifestyle on Vancouver Island and our love for the west coast.

New, modern resort-style condo completed in September 2024. Spacious interior and outdoor living with panoramic views of forests, big sky and mountains including snow-capped Mt. Baker. Styled and furnished professionally by local interior designer Valerie Westra to create a stunning, peaceful oasis with exquisite, high quality furniture and furnishings.

Exclusive condo amenities include: wrap-around 524 sq ft. deck, insuite laundry room with sink, insuite storage room, storage locker and one secured underground parking spot with option for EV charging.
