The space Unit would suit a person on business trip or couple for longer stays or people relocating Area really only suitable for 1 or 2 adults. Not suitable for children. Continental breakfast provided, cereal, fruit, bread, spreads, milk a variety of teas and coffees for short term stays only. Unit is situated under our house but has own separate entrance. As we live above you could hear small amount of noise from us walking around Unit well appointed with all necessary equipment. Blackout curtain between bedroom and lounge area. Kitchenette, ensuite, bedroom with queen bed, parking by door, patio area with table and chairs. Sea views. Bus stop at end of street. Peaceful cul de sac. 5 minute walk to beach. Easy walk to 5 beaches. Great selection of eateries close by. Silverdale shopping centre 15mins drive. Local supermarket at coastal plaza 10 mins walk, eating places available there as well.

The hosts for this property were absolutely lovely. The property had parking right outside the unit, was quiet, safe and immaculate. I was looking for somewhere close to Auckland so I could enjoy a mini break close to home and this property exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend.

It was a wonderful stay with a well mannered and outgoing host, it was stated that there were 2 queen beds online but couldnt find a second bed other than a pull out couch bed. Apart from that, excellent location, wonderful service, would stay again

Sorry if you expected 2 beds just noticed that it says there is a queen bed in the lounge I have rectified that now I hope have had a bit of trouble with editing this and thought it was corrected ages ago
Please ask for bedding for the couch if you stay again. You are most were stay again
We are retired and have all our family living within 10 minutes drive. We have 6 grandchildren. We live on the lovely Whangaparaoa Peninsula where there are a number of beaches in walking distance from our unit. There are also lots of lovely restaurants close by 5-10 minutes by car. We love meeting our guests and enjoy preparing the unit for them and provide lots of extras for you to enjoy.

Our unit is in a small cul-de-sac so doesn't have a lot of traffic so is very quiet. Its lovely and sunny in the mornings with the sun coming in the windows. you can sit on the deck outside and eat your breakfast in the sun and enjoy the sea views.
