Elevated and private, 'Above the Trees' is a self contained two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a Heritage home in Stanley Bay, Devonport.

A peaceful and private retreat it has it's own entrance, and wonderful sweeping views overlooking Ngataringa Bay and beyond.

Accommodation consists of of a queen size bedroom and adjoining sun room with a double bunkbed.

The open plan lounge and kitchen look directly out to the fabulous sea views. Leading out from the living area is a large deck amongst the olive, bougainvillea, bottlebrush and loquat treetops - a wonderful setting for alfresco dining and relaxing in the sunshine.
There is a good sound system with classical and contemporary cd's provided.

The deck has a hot and cold shower - have you ever had a hot shower in the pouring rain, or under the stars?

It takes just a few minutes walk to the ferry connecting to the Auckland city waterfront and into Devonport village. 'Above the Trees' offers both seclusion and accessibility to all the delights of Devonport village.

The apartment is furnished using unique, handcrafted kauri pieces made by your host.
