Great base for us to enjoy Auckland while our son competed at the Colgate Games. The house was warm and welcoming and surprisingly spacious - the bedrooms were ideal and it was really good to have three toilets! The only slight issue we had was figuring out the lock on Day 1. Townhouse was as described, except there was no dryer as listed - 1 small clothes rack for 6 adults made drying clothes challenging in showery weather. Be aware that a full vaccuum is required upon exit. Train/bus station about a 20min walk.

Our neighbourhood is safe and has the buzz of family life. The green fields and glistening water make for beautiful walks, and the playground is close by, so kiddies have a great energy outlet.

Being close to the transport hub gives ready access to buses & trains, and on the way, there are plenty of places to grab a coffee or something to eat.

We have lived in the neighbourhood for 15+ years and have had no safety concerns.
