About this property
Bella The Muddy (3bd, 1 bath, Wifi, Loads Of Parking, Dog Friendly)
Constructed from sustainable materials, the earthy tones of our mudbrick walls and slate flooring create a cozy, homely atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding natural beauty on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat, place to relax after a day on the bay, our mudbrick home is a sanctuary for those seeking to connect with nature while enjoying all the comforts of modern amenities. Located in a standard suburban street, but a short drive to all the Bellarine has to offer.
Incredible Sunsets down at the Bay foreshore
Fishing on the newly upgraded Clifton Springs Pier
Take a hire boat out of Indented Head for a day of fishing.
Head to anyone of our incredible award winning wineries
Some gin tasting and charcuterie at the adults only “Whiskery”
Lunch at Flying Brick Cider house
Pack a picnic for anyone of our beach fronts or hit the grass at The Dell.
A beer or two on the new Clifton Springs Golf Club deck.
A chargrilled steak down at Drysdale Hotel.
Book into the infamous Jack Rabbit Restaurants for one impeccable view over the water.
And Portarlington for “devils donuts” hot jam donut van over the Summer period.
There is so much to do down here and more.
I bought my unique mudbrick home in 2023 and have grand plans to renovate when the budget allows.
I believe it’s a perfect little cozy spot for travellers to stay and enjoy our Bellarine Peninsula.
We have some of the best sunsets I have ever seen just a short drive from the house or a 15 min walk.
The space consists of
3 bedrooms with quality beds and freshly laundered linens.

The lounge has cathedral ceilings showcasing a gas log fire place.
Of course with air conditioning for the warmer months.
Although the mudbrick has amazing insulating properties keeping the home comfortable throughout the seasons.
There is one bathroom and a separate toilet.
The bathroom has a large shower space and smaller bath tub.
The kitchen whilst dated is well stocked with modern appliances, dishwasher, large fridge and gas cooking.
There is a small dining area with table for 6.
The laundry is equipped with new front loader washer and condenser dryer.
Outside you’ll find the house is behind large fencing and gates to the front of the home, with plenty of secure parking.
I also have a large doggy door for your pooch.
There is an older outdoor space with charcoal weber and outdoor couches. A lawn and washing line to hang the beach towels!
You will have access to all areas besides the locked shed, garage and some indoor locked cupboards. I may need to access the shed during your stay, but I will make contact prior if needed.
Please note that this is my home. You may find food in the cupboards or fridge/freezer but there will be plenty of space for your items. I will collate to a small section and clean the remaining shelves. Some cupboards will be off bounds as they will have my clothes inside. But everything will be cleaned and all linens and towels fresh for your stay.
A true vacation rental by owner. Not a residential property turned motel.
Also being in nature you may come in contact with bugs or spiders etc, whilst we do our best to clean to a very high standard you should be aware some things are out of our control, including nature.
