Emerald Pavilion is a premier beachfront estate set upon the exclusive Emerald Point Peninsula in Leeward, Turks and Caicos. This magnificent villa boasts one acre of prime beachfront property along world-renowned Grace Bay Beach. Emerald Pavilion is one of the most exceptional villa rental offerings on the market in the Caribbean islands.



Custom interior design features blend modern and natural materials for a soft, contemporary effect, created by acclaimed interior designer and fearless curator Paul Duesing. Bespoke furnishings are invitingly combined with vintage Balinese artwork throughout the 6,000 square-foot interior of the villa.



The main level of the villa features an open floor plan, with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors providing breathtaking views of the ocean beyond. Perfect for entertaining, the indoor dining area opens to the covered outdoor lounge. Along with seven luxurious bedrooms, guests will enjoy a spacious surround-sound media room with an 60-inch smart television and plush sofas, as well as a Coastal Source system both indoors and outdoors.

The sleek, 4,200 square-foot beachfront pavilion includes shaded lounge areas, an outdoor bathroom, a Coastal Source sound system, a sunken fire pit with seating for 20, a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, and a heated, 1,600 square-foot infinity-edge pool that appears to flow into the warm turquoise seawater beyond. Steps from the pavilion, find the white sands of Grace Bay Beach. The stunning setting includes a private dock. Additionally, there are two floodlit tennis courts and two floodlit pickleball courts with shared access located just across the road.
