A parte del lugar, que es idóneo para el descanso, el buen tiempo y la tranquilidad del vecindario, el apartamento nos pareció estupendo; bien ubicado, a pocos metros del mar y dotado de todo lo necesario para vivir en él cómodamente.

Das Apartment war zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet, die Lage ist perfekt- nur 100m zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Pure Erholung

Auch der zweite Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war rundum gelungen. Die schöne Wohnung mit dem Balkon und der traumhaften Aussicht auf die nahe Bucht lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank auch an den unkomplizierten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Roberto.

Im November nochmal Sonne getankt

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen. Der sympathische Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar. Alcalá hat noch den Charme eines Fischerortes, ohne Bettenburgen und Massentourismus.

Ruhig und zentral gelegene Wohnung für Bade- und Wanderurlaub

Leider ist die Beleuchtung ein Problem - im Bad, aber auch in der Wohnküche - keine Beleuchtung über Spüle,Arbeitsplatte und Eßtisch, kein Leselicht. Alcala´ ist ein kleinerer Ort mit einer gepflegten Promenade, guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, unterschiedlichen Restaurantangeboten und guten Busverbindungen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Guten Abend Rolf , danke fuer die Info... Im Bad ist ja die Glühbirne leider 2 mal explodiert und habe sie beim ersten mal ausgetauscht.Beim 2ten mail habe ich den elektriker geholt und hat nachgeschaut warum so etwas passieren konnte....dieses ist repariert worden und hat anschliessend eine hellere Leuchte angebracht. Ich habe mich gefreut , dass sie mich informiert haben und habe sofort alles in Bewegung gesetzt dass ihr wohlbefinden in der Wohnung mit Zufriedenheit umgesetzt wurde.Ich hoffe sie haben sich bei uns wohlgefühlt und auch dass sie uns bald wieder besuchen kommen....die Leselampe werde ich morgen gleich kaufen. Gruss Roberto

Gute Lage, alles sauber und gut

Für uns das ideale Appartment, dicht am Badeplatz, direkt im Ort, trotzdem relativ ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nahe am Appartment und reichlich vorhanden. Gute Strandpromenade und das beste alles nicht überlaufen. Netter Vermieter, der , wenn wir Wünsche gehabt hätten , sie sicher erfüllt hätte.

Einfach, liebenswert, wiederholenswert

Eher kleines aber gut geschnittenes Appartement. Küche funktionell und gut ausgestattet. Vermieter freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Lage ideal. Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen.

Schöne, behagliche Unterkunft mit tollem Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht

Die Wohnung bietet allen Komfort, den man benötigt. Sie liegt nah an einer Bucht, alles ist zentral zu erreichen. Der große Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es wird hoffentlich nicht der letzte Aufenthalt dort sein.

Super Lage und gemütlich!

Herrliche Aussicht auf den Hafen mit dem Dorfstrand. Und auch zur schönen Strandpromenade sind es nur 2min Fußweg. Ein günstiger Supermarkt ist ebenfalls im die Ecke. Geschickter kann man in Alcalà meiner Meinung nach nicht wohnen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und in der Wohnung ist alles, was man so braucht. Außerdem ist sie sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Sitio perfecto para pasar unos días de descanso.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, y la ubicación es ideal, sitio tranquilo y muy cerca de la playa.
