We stayed at this property in Mount Druitt for 4 days and had a great experience. The beds were very comfortable, and the washrooms and kitchen were clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and quick to help whenever we requested anything. The property itself is very spacious, making it perfect for large groups. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to major Sydney attractions like the Blue Mountains and the CBD. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The host was helpful and responsive; however, our overall experience at the property was very disappointing due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The property did not meet acceptable hygiene standards.The microwave was in very poor condition and extremely dirty upon arrival, with an unpleasant smell. After contacting the host, it was replaced promptly, which we appreciated.The bread toaster was very dirty and unhygienic. I would rate it 0/10.The gas cooktop was not properly cleaned and had visible residue. I would rate it 4/10.The dishwasher was not functioning correctly. It contained food residue and a strong bad smell. When we raised this with the host, we were told it was working. However, when we operated it, water leaked and flooded the kitchen floor. I would rate the dishwasher 0/10.Although the property is advertised as suitable for large families or groups, there were insufficient kitchen utensils available. I would rate this 2/10.The most serious issue was the bedding. We found hair on bedsheets in multiple rooms, which was extremely unhygienic. When we reported this, the host initially did not believe us and came to the property for inspection. After we showed the issue, fresh bedsheets were provided. We had to change all bedsheets ourselves before the beds became usable. I would rate the bedding hygiene 1/10.While the host’s response was generally good, the overall cleanliness of the property — especially the kitchen equipment and bedshee
