Merci pour votre commentaire, pas de climatisation ( choix écologique), mais des ventilateurs sont à disposition.
Des places de stationnement sont disponibles, dans la rue et aux alentours, on ne peut pas effectivement garantir que vous aurez une place en bas de l immeuble mais on arrive toujours à trouver une place un peu plus loin ( rues adjacentes).
