this is a beautiful home which needs a lot of maintenance and a deep clean.

The home was a good size for our group, but not very clean. The large windows that looked out on the water were very dirty, as were the rest. There were plenty of cobwebs both inside and out. It was advertised with a hot tub, but it looked dirty so we didn't go in. There were no instructions on how to run it either. The house and yard needed to be better maintained and cleaned.The place served its purpose of all getting together, however I would not book it again.

The host did not provide entry details. I had to find a new location with less than 3 hours to host a yoga retreat. The property was poorly maintained- lawn not mowed, cobwebs all over the windows and patio, animal feces all over deck and cushions clearly burrowed into, hot tub was not filled and dirty. Vrbo should remove this host from the platform.
