40 Creek Lodge South is one side of the 40 Creek twinhome located in Northeast South Dakota with lake views of Waubay Lake. It has 3 bedrooms (2 queens, bunk bed, 2 twins), 1.5 bathrooms, and is 1200 sq ft inside.

You'll have 2 acres of outdoor space including an awesome back patio for cleaning your catch, a front patio with a firepit, and an impressive screened-in Man Cave with TV, A/C, heat, and a bait and fish refrigerator and freezer.

There is also great public land waterfowl and pheasant hunting within minutes of this cabin! 

*For larger groups, rent both sides of the twinhome for 6 bedrooms and up to 12 guests!
**Please check both North and South side for openings. Due to split properties, one side may be open for booking.**

*RVs/Tents not allowed

Important NOTE: Entry info will be emailed directly to guests 7 days prior to arrival assuming the rental agreement has been completed. If it hasn't been completed 7 days prior to arrival, entry info will be emailed as soon as it's submitted.

Perfect place!

We stayed at the 40 Creek Lodge, for duck hunting, and it was perfect for our group of five. We really enjoy the man cave and all of the comfy beds. Great hosts, the place was very clean, easy to get in and out of, and was perfect for sportsman visiting the area. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Waubay fishing cabin

Clean and well furnished property. We rented both the north and south sides and had more than enough room. Great access to lake, plenty of room to park 2 boats/trailers. Very friendly neighbors. Will return!

Great Man Cave!

We rented the property for an ice fishing trip and it worked out great. We could drive our UTV's / Snowmobiles from the property to the access just down the stream. Property was clean and comfortable. The best part of the trip was the man cave!

The house was perfect for our needs. The heated garage was great for our snow gear and for hanging out to play games. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Many positives to this place: kitchen well stocked, clean, beautiful view of lake, quiet surroundings, excellent wifi. The only negative for us was the soft mattresses and this is rather significant for us. We are in our late sixties and a good mattress is important to us. If we know the queen mattresses are replaced, there is a strong possibility we would become repeat customers.
