Cathedral ceilings in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. 50 x 129 lot is fully fenced and has a 8 x 12 storage shed as well as an additional 12 x 35 building large enough to store your boat. Property is located in Eden, with a restaurant/bar, grocery store/gas station, bank and post office within one block of the home.

Best Stocked Rental I’ve stayed at

From plates and silverware to towels and spices, it was stocked. We stayed with 2 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space. The sunroom was absolutely wonderful to have. We will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect Location for our family

We travel to this area of South Dakota every year to visit family over the July 4th weekend - this house had all we did for this visit. Plenty of space, great location to the rest of our family, and in a quiet area. The house had everything we needed to cook and the space to spread out and enjoy the time we spent at the site.

This property was a great place for a long weekend getaway. It had many appliances in the kitchen for cooking as well as a lot of space throughout the house to unpack belongings comfortably. The property manager was very helpful and attentive to anything we could have needed. We really enjoyed our experience and would recommend!

Week long duck/pheasant hunting trip

This property is ideal for a group of guys to use as a home base for duck and pheasant hunting in northeast SD. With a fenced in yard for your dogs and plenty of room, it was perfect. The host was responsive and kept in touch, even notifying us of pending inclement weather. I would definitely stay again. Eden SD is a neat little town with a restaurant/bar that people travel from all over to visit.
