Two bright and airy living spaces ensure everyone is accommodated, with the main lounge area downstairs including two sofas, an armchair and a TV for laidback entertainment plus split system air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. Additionally, an upstairs sitting area with a sofa, chaise and TV offers the perfect spot to settle in with a quiet read or catch up over coffee.

An elegant, open-plan kitchen and dining area has all you need to cook and enjoy meals, including a dining table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Downstairs you’ll also find a garage with a ping pong table and games area for afternoon entertainment, along with a pet-friendly backyard for your furry friend to play while you kick back on the outdoor seating and soak up the sea breezes.

Four bedrooms sleep 10 guests, with the primary bedroom downstairs including a queen-size bed, walk-in robe and a dual-access ensuite. A further three bedrooms upstairs include two with queen beds – one with an ensuite – while the remaining room has two sets of bunks sleeping four. Both ensuites are immaculately appointed with a shower and modern double vanity, the main bathroom also includes a bathtub where you can relax with a soak to end the day.

Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, an upstairs powder room, a private washing machine and dryer, and parking for multiple cars plus free street parking 24/7.

Stroll 15 minutes to the McCrae Foreshore to relax with a burger on the grassy waterfront, you’ll also have Rosebud Beach a few minutes’ drive from your stay where you’ll find picnic areas and BBQ facilities along with cafes and takeaway shops nearby. The base of Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that offers sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne, is also within a five-minute drive, while other nearby attractions include Peninsula Hot Springs, Bay Views Golf Course, and the surrounding wineries.
