This is the perfect up north retreat that offers peace & quiet, along with privacy. Enjoy strolling alone the shoreline, campfires, lounging on the large deck, eating out on the screened in gazebo or the play area for the kids. So much outdoor space to spend your days and evenings. The house itself is very comfortable, spacious and relaxing, with all the amenities you should need for your stay. Located on the East shore of Lake Michigan between Traverse City and Charlevoix. Enjoy the BEST of Northern Michigan. There is so much to see and do in Northern Michigan. Or you can do nothing at all! You will make lasting family memories here. And, you will want to come back year after year. This home is no smoking & no pets. This home has Central air conditioning and wifi.

Beautiful bay location

We enjoyed our stay ay Bay Breeze. Our weather was wonderful and the entire family used the beach toys. The house was better that expected from the photos online. The pillows on most beds need replacement otherwise the accommodations were as expected. The bay location is fantastic..

Wonderful sandy beach area!

This was the perfect location and home for our family vacation on Lake Michigan. The beach area is amazing and the sunsets are spectacular.

Great week at Bay Breezes House

Very nice house next to the beach suited our needs very well. We stayed at the location for most of the week and enjoyed the both house and beach. Both exceeded our expectations, Views of the water from the house or beach allowed us to watch sunsets from either. Beach swimming and walks were also lots of fun and did not disappoint. The water was warmer than I (good) expected but still cool. The screened in gazebo was very useful for dinners and just enjoying being outside. The mosquitoes were bothersome only at dusk when outside. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. Lots of things to use at the beach are provide including chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, 2 kayaks and inflatable paddle boards which really was not spelled out in the listing. We did not use the paddle boards. Property manager was very responsive but we had no issue that needed to be resovled.
