The must for your leisure or professional stays, the 35m2 loft is located less than 2 steps from the sea. You will love its contemporary decoration and its ideal location. The beach is at the end of the street!

Ideal location:

- Saint-Vincent district: the sought-after district of the city centre, boho, historic, full of charm and survivor of the bombings! The loft is located at the foot of the Saint Vincent church.

- The Square Saint Roch (the most charming in Le Havre) is also a 2-minute walk away

- Strategic central location to discover LH on foot

- Hyper-center 5 minutes walk away for your restaurant outings and your shopping

- Beach 2 minutes walk away for your relaxing walks along the sea

- Tram station A stops "LA PLAGE" or "SAINT ROCH" 2 minutes away on foot: 8 minutes to go to the TGV station and vice versa (Ticket at 1.70 € to buy directly at the Tramway)

- Parking: 3 possibilities are available to you:
o Free parking in the streets surrounding the apartment
o Possibility to park in the public car park located just below the loft
o Possibility for maximum serenity to book our box (2.70m x 5.20m) 5 minutes walk from the apartment for an additional 10 euros per night; simply specify it IN ADVANCE, AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION.

Excellent accueil, location et sejour

Merci a nos hôtes et Magda pour leur accueil, leur confiance, la qualité de leur location : drap, serviette, tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin de disponible et les lits prêts à notre arrivée. Appart très joli, très bien équipé et très propre. Facilité de se garer. Accès à la plage à proximité et au centre ville. Des hôtes très attentionné et réactifs lorsque j ai eu des questions.
