The Space

A three-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments on the Frankton Road waterfront. The living areas look out to slight mountain/lake view Studio - No view.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, with slight mountain/lake view Studio - No view.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. 303 - Master bedroom has shower over bath & 2 bedroom has standing shower / 303A - Standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge.

Balcony: Balcony with outdoor dining table and benches.

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 3 (Studio): 1 King bed

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

Marina Apartments sit right on the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, with the marina, beach, and cycle trail all on the doorstep. It's a 3-minute walk to Altitude Brewery and a 5-minute walk to Boatshed Cafe for breakfast or lunch, with Frankton shops close by.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External stairs only; no internal stairs

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300L) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
