This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is charming, front porch, back deck area, chickee hut. Plenty areas to relax at. Nicely furnished, good appliances. Across 8 acre park which has sand volleyball, playground, and more.
Nicely furnished, AT&T wifi. a/c unit is just over 1 yr old.
Nice bedding. Towels provided. Some supplies at arrival, dish soap,, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels. Please use the supplies you see, any additional supplies will need to be bought by guests.

I traveled and stayed at short term rentals, and decided in 2011 to try it myself. Husband Ed and I together enjoy the guests from around the world.
Why they chose this property
We bought this charming home in 2015. Its fully furnished, across 8 acre park in charming OLD POMPANO historic area. Locals do not know this hidden area exists just west of Federal highway. The large lots and historic homes are beautiful. Unique area.
What makes this property unique
Front porch welcomes you. Old wooden floors bring the old times charm. Relax in the Chickee hut, or the large deck area. A grill is provided to have those wonderful barbeques.
