Loved the condo and the property - much smaller than other complexes and way less crowded at the beach. Walking distance from lots of places and I love that the owners use the place… makes everything feel more homey!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay, there was an elevator on our side so it really helped our crew with loading/ unloading! Also you can’t beat this price, you’re literally right on the beach. 301c is a corner unit, but we loved that, you get just enough view of the ocean and the street view of the night life. host are quick to respond, & even the condo workers was very sweet and understanding!

I’m disappointed, before I booked this unit I always looked for pets free because my son is allergic to any pets but when we got to the unit a lot of dog hair in the rugs and couch and the rugs is old and nasty. Furniture needs to upgrade.

As stated when you notified me of pet hair, I told you that the cleaner could not get in because you violated the check-in rules and entered early. The head cleaner could not enter the property to do a quality check because it was occupied. Check in was 4pm and YOU entered at 2:26pm. The quality check would have revealed pet hair.

Other than not having a direct view of the gulf, couldn’t have asked for better accommodations! Very nice, had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
