This stylish townhome located in our Windsor at Westside resort is the perfect place for you and your family to stay during your next getaway to Orlando. Only 10 minutes from Mickey's doorstep and right next door to all the fun, this beautiful retreat will book up fast!

Large and spacious, you will find a gourmet kitchen for you and your family to enjoy. Complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space, this gourmet kitchen includes everything you'll need to create delicious meals.

Gather around the charming dining room table, which seats six, for a late-night dinner, or enjoy your breakfast along the island, which seats four. This property can sleep ten people comfortably. Kick your feet up and relax, you've earned it! Our living room couches are scary comfortable and make it impossible to leave. Go ahead and watch your favorite movie on our flat-screen TV, read a book or nap all day! Either way, we won’t judge!

Float your worries away in your private swimming pool where you can soak up the Florida sun or cool off from a long day of fun. With plenty of privacy, lounge chairs, and patio furniture, having dinner under the stars is never out of the question.

**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between November and April.**

Down the hall and boasting with the comfort, you will find room #1. Including a queen-size bed, flat-screen tv, and a large window, this room makes for the perfect spot to catch up some much needed R and R.

Hang out in the upstairs loft where you will find another living room and a closet with a working washer and dryer—making it convenient to pack light and leave more room for your souvenirs!

In the master suite, you will find a room dipped in luxury and sprinkled with comfort. Enjoy the crisp white sheets, flat-screen TV, king-size bed, and private en-suite bathroom. Across the hall, you will find a similar room, including a king-sized bed and charming décor.

We are calling all Mickey lovers! This whimsical, Disney themed bedroom includes two twin-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom conveniently located down the hall. Fall asleep next to one of the cutest Disney characters of all time. This fun Minion themed room will have you smiling throughout your entire stay! This room includes a full/ twin size bunk bed, flat-screen TV, and vibrant yellow décor!

This home is located in the beautiful Windsor at Westside resort, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. As our guest, you'll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop, and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide and a lazy river!

Perfect place

I enjoyed the stay at this place it was beautiful and comfortable. The beds were so soft I didn’t even want to get up and go anywhere. This place is perfect. The pool was convenient and the house was big and spacious! The kitchen was big easy to cook and move around in. I will stay here again!!!

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well kept vacation home. The home was as advertised. The home was clean, despite a couple of areas in the bathroom that needed some refreshing but otherwise a great stay. My only negative comment would be that the internet was very spotty and the televisions were very confusing to work, but the pool was nice and clean and the neighborhood and resort amenities were great! I would definetely stay here again.

Arrival expectations

There were a few issues upon arrival that were remedied after a couple of days. These items would’ve been seen in a Pre arrival walk through by the managing company. That asíde, we had a good stay! Great location. Roomy. And the private pool is nice.

we had an amazing stay here, the house was central to everything and so beautiful! my favorite feature was the half bathroom outside making it so easy for my daughter to go from the pool to the bathroom and not have to walk/run through the house and slip to get to a bathroom! also the rooms were a great size. there isn't much service unless connected to WIFI and check-in was rough but it all worked out in the end and I was very pleased with my stay!

1. Dirty linens, property management told me to clean them. They can only use email to cleaning company??? They don’t have urgent phone number?? Finally delivered new linens on second day 4pm. 2. First day of entering the house, there was a foul smell like the floor was cleaned with dirty mop. Didn’t want to deal with bad customer service, cleaned it ourselves. 3. Paid extra to heat the pool. Was told 12 hrs to heat the pool. Pool water got colder not warmer by 3rd day. Did not see any thermostat for the pool. Am wondering if I got fooled.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we pulled up, there was trash throughout the lawn area.Upon entering the home, we notice ants throughout the entryway. We notified the rental company multiple times and the issue was not resolved during our stay. Not only were the ants in the entry, we also found them upstairs in the showers when we turned on the lights.The downstairs bed was broken. We put in a notice about it; however, the company wanted photographs and we hadn't taken any because we left early for Disney. So, this was never resolved throughout the visit.The overall condition of the property was in need of repair. The downstairs outlets in the kitchen did not all work, stove drawer was broken, walls had marks throughout, etc.

Had several receptacles (5) that were not working. Reported this issue several times and was told it would be taken care of. It never was. Started seeing ants in the Master bedroom upstairs and then noticed ants coming in by front door. I did not report the ants because I assumed that if management company didn't care enough to make sure my receptacles were working, they probably wouldn't care enough to send someone out to take of the ants. So, I bought some ant spray and controlled them while I was there. These issues were not necessarily a deal breaker, but it really does make me think twice about wanting to stay there again.
