This is a great property that is well located near St. Tropez town. Great pool, outdoor patio, and living room. Wish the house was cleaner, the linens were better, and pillows were more substantial than old sacks. We also had to buy basic items for the house like trash bags and toilet paper because not enough was stocked.

Great crew villa

We rented this villa for our sailing crew and it as perfect. We spent most of the time in the outdoor area which had a good heated pool, outdoor seating and dining table. The walk to the Place drs Lices was more like 20 minutes but we enjoyed the downhill walk in the morning. Overall enjoyed very much.

Solid Property for a Large Group

One of the few holes in St. Tropez that we were able to find with 6 bedrooms. House is centrally located above St. Tropez center of town and off one of the main roads to Ramatuelle. Pool is beautiful but not heated so we didn’t get the chance to use it. Myriam was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

Two week holiday

We enjoyed ourselves a lot at the property. The centerpiece was the lovely pool which was captivating. Unlike other properties in St Tropez of this magnitude there was no on site caretaker. One far a door handle came off and the response was “the owner cannot find someone to fix such a small thing.” Upon arrival the pool was littered with so many twigs but we had to clean it ourselves because the property manager said it had been windy and the pool boy wasn’t scheduled to come for several more days. (At properties we had stayed at before it would have been handled by on site caretakers.) Still, overall, we had a wonderful time and would rate it highly.
