Very pretty Tropezian villa, drowned in lush greenery in the Carles / Bella Vista district, located 800 m as the crow flies from the city center.
This 6 bedroom house with pool can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably.
The two floors of the house do not communicate from the inside. There is an external staircase at the end of the terrace which connects the 2 levels.
On the terrace level, there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and sink (possibility of having a 3rd bed), the living room, the kitchen, 1 WC and a shower.
At the garden level, there is 1 triple bedroom and a double bedroom, each with a shower room.
Near the swimming pool, there is a 50m2 pool house with 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room with separate WC and a large living room / kitchen with fireplace. All beds or mattresses are new.
