Entire house in Green Point
Welcome to my tranquil two bedroom house in Green Point on the beautiful Central Coast. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home.
Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood (no parties please) and is perfect for families and holiday makers. You will be near the National Park for hiking and bush walks and a short drive to Avoca and Terrigal beaches and close to Erina Fair with shopping , ice skating and the movies.
Green Point shops are very close
The space
There are two bedrooms (Queen beds in both rooms), a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a formal lounge room and dining, a second living/dining area, laundry, and a large yard.
Guest access
You come in through the front door. Guests will have access to the entire house and large backyard.
Driveway parking in quiet street for two cars.

Please note we do not accept any parties or loud celebrations. This is to look after our neighbours as well as looking after the house.
