Fabulous place to stay, central to everything, very comfortable and clean accommodation. Lovely water views, quiet location. Would happily recommend to others.
A great location with Brisbane Water views in walking distance of Gosford train/bus and centre, local Tommy’s cafe with delicious food and coffee and Gosford Sailing Club.
Spacious, comfortable beds, close to restaurants, with all the comforts of home.

Lovely place with everything you need. Unfortunately it only sleeps 4 and need to use the blow up mattress to sleep 5, but since we have small children it wasn’t a big issue. Everything else was great!
i booked this property and on the day i traveled 2 hours drive from my home , when i reached there ,their lock code didn't work and tried to contact the host but 30 mins no response. i was waiting on the street, Finally the host call and informed that they cancelled the booking for emergency .
Lovely unit. Nice and clean.Not enough blankets for winter. Instructions on coffee pod use would have been good. Unusual and unexpected not to find milk in the fridge. Absolutely no sign of a welcome. Again, this is unusual.That's ok but just saying. The building site next door made a heap of noise but didn't bother us as we knew to expect it as we live here and we warned the people staying. (Yep, Friday arvo, Saturday morning and Monday morning.)Thanks for having us; it was clean and easy to get in and out and was great as additional sleeping quarters for family.The beds and the pillows were excellent, according to my sister who says I am being too critical!!!!Loved the layout and two bathrooms was great.Met some residents in the lifts and they were all nice and friendly too which was nice.Having a car park was excellent, especially with the Bay2Bay causing more traffic than normal.Kind regards,Merilyn
This 'Modern Luxury' apartment is set high above the Brisbane Waters in Gosford and offers a luxurious and peaceful stay. It is quite new but suffers from moisture/mould where it has been shut up. Black mould around the windows, a lot of condensation etc. This was concerning. The washing machine had 6 wet sheets in it - again a source of moisture. I re-washed these and dried them in the dryer. There is a mildew build-up in the main shower too. I am mentioning this as I think, for your investment, you need to know about it. There are three drawers in the kitchen with loose front panels as well. In the main bedroom, the plug for the blind cord has come out from the wall panelling. Just a bit of maintenance needed.
I do not want you to publish this - I just wanted to draw your attention the jobs needing done to bring the apartment up to A+ standard.
