This property is your ideal retreat if you're seeking a peaceful and private stay in a central location, just a a few doors down from the popular Stuart Park, leading to the vibrant beach and all that North Beach has to offer.
Your main Queen bedroom, tucked away on the first floor, offers a serene escape with an ensuite and private balcony overlooking Fairy Creek and a neighbouring garden.
Your second Queen bedroom has a balcony overlooking the tree-lined yard.
In the cosy 3rd bedroom you'll find comfortable twin beds.
All bedrooms have reverse-cycle airconditioning for year-round comfort.
This is strictly a non-smoking property, inside and out, including balconies, courtyards, driveway and all common spaces.
Guests have full, exclusive access to the house: three bedrooms, all bathrooms and all living areas.
The garage is not presently available for parking. There is one visitor space for a standard car/SUV/4WD (no trailers, large vans etc), shared with a neighbour but usually available. There is free 24/7 parking on all the surrounding streets.
North Wollongong is considered a prime suburb because of its location next to one of our city's most popular beaches, whilst being a stone's throw from the CBD.
The free bus is easily accessible; you can walk home after a night out; or it's just a short Uber trip.
