House located in the Sand Lake Park II condominium. Family-friendly, very quiet condominium with 24-hour security, electronic gates, and a football field. The house has everything for your enjoyment. Independent entrance for cars, large rooms, 3 televisions with access to all channels. The host lives next door and is always helpful. Barbecue area with bathroom, light inside the barbecue, huge swimming pool. Tranquil environment. Two bedrooms have air conditioning; the third bedroom, only during New Year's and Carnival stays, has a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and complete cutlery sets. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Foi razoável pq o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, o anfitrião foi notificado mas não fez nada pra resolver, qto ao parque aquático citado no anúncio não vi, e o motivo da atenção é q olhem cada detalhe da casa, pq o proprietário vai cobrar até o furo do lençol que já estava lá, assim como as manchas, mas não fotografei…A casa fica a uns 10 min do Barbudo de bicicleta, a noite é deserto
