Walking distance to the famous Pier where you will find all types of restaurants and shopping. Amenities include a very large open floor plan, modern kitchen fully equipped, dining table for 8, massive den, sauna, fireplace, and TV's in every room. The backyard features a 40' pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, TV, frigde, and multiple seating areas.
