Completely remodeled with all new high end furniture and state of the art appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with center island and small dining room area. Free high speed internet & Smart TV for tons of free movies and shows. Free onsite laundry.

In addition to the one (1) car garage, there is additional parking on street with parking permit. *Additional parking permit, requires a $250.00 security deposit.

Nearby biking, hiking, paddle boarding, surfing, volleyball, tennis, fishing, sailing, and many more activities. 6 miles = LAX, 1 mile = Manhattan Beach, 21 miles = downtown Los Angeles, 31 miles = Disneyland.

Beach time

My daughter and I stayed here while she was waiting to move to a new home in the area! It was such a cute, clean place! We lived the location to the beach and it had everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc!! We definitely will stay here again!!

Perfect stay near the beach

The apartment was perfect very clean and with everything you could need. It is close to the beach and the amenities of Hermosa but at the same time far enough away to be quiet. The host Gaby was brilliant sending clear instructions on how to get into the property and answering any questions promptly I hope to visit again

Hermosa Beach gem

This unit was completely remodeled. It is nicely furnished and the beds are super comfortable. It is a great location close to the beach and restaurants. There is a nice patio with a city view. Owner is very communicative and strived to provide whatever we needed. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location and accommodations

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this homey rental property. Just blocks from shopping and restaurants and minutes from the beach and butterfly trail, we were able to enjoy the best of Hermosa Beach and rest comfortably at day’s end. We also enjoyed the spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The king size beds were extremely comfortable. Newly remodeled, this rental was comfortable and clean, and any minor issues were addressed promptly by the hostess, who is very cordial. We would definitely recommend this place for comfort and convenience.

What’s not to like?

This was our first vacation rental ever and we were so pleased. It’s within walking distance to the supermarket, beach and pier (where all the action is). Yet quiet so that you can nap during the day. Washer/dryer and wonderful toiletries. They cleaned our apartment mid stay. The owner was always available by text to see if we needed anything. A great experience!

My husband and I were born and raised in the South Bay. We have been married 25 years and have two grown kids. We love living here and raising our kids in a safe, friendly city with great schools. I own a property management company with rentals in Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Mammoth Lakes and Punta Mita, Mexico. This is our second short term vacation rental in the area and it's been a great experience. We have spent a lot of time and money making our properties high end, modern and comfortable. We live nearby and will be available to answer any questions and help make your stay a wonderful experience.

Why they chose this property

This property is in the heart of Hermosa Beach, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s located between the cities of Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach. The cities of Palos Verdes and Marina Del Rey are also very close. LAX Airport is a 20 minute drive from here and the new SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum and You Tube Theater are only a 25 minute drive.
