From the windy road in, over rolling hills with rustic red barns, past wide open pastures of gorgeous horses... to the drive up Bedbug Hill where towering oak, elm and maple trees sway overhead, travelers are beckoned to slow down and to reconnect with the great outdoors.

Center stage of 335 acres sits the 9000 square foot home. Inside its' elegant entrance, a grand foyer points to each of the perfectly appointed quarters.

Two kitchens are to the north end, one commercial sized for grand parties, one more intimate for midnight snacks. Across the foyer, an exquisite living room welcomes with stunning scenes out each window. A stately clubroom with rich mahogany bar suits well as a refined backdrop for cocktail hour. The elegant fireplace beside soothing waters of the heated indoor pool invite early morning swim and yoga practice. Midday fun is found kayaking in the picturesque five acre spring-fed pond just beyond the barn. Time is made for a horse ride through miles of trails.

Evenings are surely for celebration... food prep a breeze in either of the well-equipped kitchens. Visiting chefs spoil and cater to families and friends. Finally, find each of eight suites has a grand roominess, privacy and the finest quality details.

Amazing Property! Home away from Home!

I only have wonderful things to say about the property, property manager, owner, and level of communication. This amazing estate was truly a home away from home for a week. We stayed with multiple families, but the property allowed each family to have their own space/privacy while also allowing many public spaces for us all to gather together. The property was so peaceful and homey. Our families enjoyed the large kitchen, large dining area, the amazing pool, fire pit, access to the horses/lake/recreation areas. I would recommend this property 110% to everyone!

Great location beautiful home

This is a great location for a Cooperstown tournament family / friends stay. Huge home, great kitchen (s) magnificent view , indoor pool and easy access to the town and fields. I cannot imagine a better choice. We stayed a week and all of us were super sad to leave! One of the best VRBO stays ever. You will not be disappointed..

Baseball team dream!

4 families went in together to rent this estate while in town for Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house and all its amenities made our trip even that much more memorable.

The property is even better than the pictures: Spacious inside and out. lots of activities to do outside and nearby. very comfortable for a large group. We were 20.

Beautiful property and perfect for families in town for the Cooperstown baseball tournament.

We love this place so much! We had multiple families stay at the estate while in town for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. It was more than perfect for the whole family. Highly recommended!

Perfect rural setting, near skiing, shooting, boating, golfing and boating with exciting onsite amenities for a delightful and memorable vacation. Ideal for families who want to leave the city and visit local, as an extended-stay venue to telecommute at home. Paddle around in the heated indoor pool and relax in the steam room. And, horses! Make a day of it at Otsego Lake. There you can find a two-hour boat tour, plenty of walking paths, restaurants with a view and lots more. Susquehanna River starts at the South end of the lake. The town of Cooperstown is only 5 miles away and home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

What makes this property unique

On-site horse barn, which includes both indoor and outdoor riding rinks, is managed by Taylortime Equine. Our guests can schedule a trail ride, or even lessons, for an additional fee.

Fiery evening sunsets can be viewed from multiple points on the property. But, the best spot is around the fire pit. There, you can enjoy the rest of the evening after the sun goes down. Great for both single folks and families! Let the kiddos romp on the expansive lawn while the grown-ups enjoy the fire and the starry, starry sky.
