This is an excellent place to stay with a few families. The property is beautiful, the views stunning, and it accommodates multiple families while still providing everyone their own space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food at home, there are outdoor activities for every age to enjoy, and it’s a 10-20min drive anywhere you need to go. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here with friends during our son’s baseball tournament at Cooperstown. This property is so beautiful! Our kids had so much fun petting the horses, roaming the property, canoeing, and seeing all the wildlife. They enjoyed the pool and the house was gorgeous! They will definitely remember their time here! Thanks for being such wonderful hosts!

The property and hosts exceeded all expectations. We had a large, extended family gathering with age ranging from 4 to 72 and all had a great time. The overall property, scenery, privacy, and variety of activities were outstanding. We'll definitely be back to visit again. We were far enough out to feel that we had the world to ourselves but close enough to town that groceries and supplies were only a 10-minute drive away.

I only have wonderful things to say about the property, property manager, owner, and level of communication. This amazing estate was truly a home away from home for a week. We stayed with multiple families, but the property allowed each family to have their own space/privacy while also allowing many public spaces for us all to gather together. The property was so peaceful and homey. Our families enjoyed the large kitchen, large dining area, the amazing pool, fire pit, access to the horses/lake/recreation areas. I would recommend this property 110% to everyone!

Perfect home for our Cooperstown Dream Park trip!!
The house is absolutely beautiful! It fit our families perfectly for the week. The house is fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved coming home to the house after our days at the ballpark. We enjoyed evenings by the fire, kids loved swimming in the indoor pool & basketball on the court, and we all enjoyed our walks around the beautiful property. This property allowed us to make our Cooperstown trip feel more like a vacation while we were spending long days at the ballpark. We cannot wait to go back for our other son soon!

Our family recently had the pleasure of experiencing an extraordinary stay at The Estate in Fly Creek, and it surpassed every expectation we had for our getaway in upstate NY. The spacious living areas were perfect for our family gatherings, allowing us to
bond over games and conversations by the fireplace. The Estate's location offered a perfect blend of seclusion and proximity to Cooperstown's charms. Exploring the town's unique attractions, from the Baseball Hall of Fame to its charming boutiques and local eateries, and breweries, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. For families seeking a lavish retreat in upstate NY, The Estate at Fly Creek is an absolute paradise. Whether it's a family vacation, a reunion, or a special celebration, this home promises an unforgettable experience amidst the beauty of the countryside while being close to the alluring charm of Cooperstown.

Thank you so much for your kind words. The Estate truly enjoyed hosting your group and it was fun to discover our roots were not far from each other. We hope to host you again.
The Estate at Fly Creek has everything you’d want. The setting is unbelievable- from sunup to sunset. It’s idyllic.
We had 15 people and there was something for everyone. Horseback riding is literally next door. You can paddle board, canoe, kayak or fish at the pond. Making S’mores at the fire pit was a treat - not to mention the indoor pool. If walking or hiking is your thing, then this is the place for you,
You’re very close to the Baseball Hall of Fame, wineries, breweries, antiquing. It’s a great location. AND, Mark (a private chef) came to cook our anniversary dinner. The house has everything you need and you’re no more than 10 minutes from a grocery store.
We made lots of wonderful memories this week - thank you Kelly & Dan!

Thank you so much for your kind words Nadine. It was our pleasure to host your family for your very special anniversary. We are pleased you enjoyed all the wonderful things that there are to do there. Thank you for treating our house like it was yours. We would love to host your family again.
We escaped from the winter to the majesty of this Estate that sits high on the hills of Otsego County.
After we were able to make it up the hill to the property (take a left on Hoke Road no matter what the GPS tells you) the rest of our stay was phenomenal. Jeff was so welcoming on check-in and throughout the stay Bobbi was available via text if we needed anything. Jeff even let our kids feed and pet the alpacas which they loved!
We chose this property for the indoor pool and we were not disappointed. The pool was very warm and the kids didn't get out for 3 days! There was ample seating for the adults. I was a little bummed that the steam room was down for repairs and that there's no longer the hot tub in the pictures, but honestly the pool was so great I quickly forgot about that.
The house is gorgeous and expansive, with 8 bedrooms and room to spread out. Every bedroom had an en suite bathroom which is great if you're a bigger party.
We can't wait to return to this property and maybe bring another family when the pandemic is over to enjoy the majestic sunsets, the beautiful indoor pool, and all that this special property has to offer!!!

We are so very happy that you and your family enjoyed your visit with us, here at Estate at Fly Creek, Anthony. We enjoyed having you here with us. You were the perfect houseguests! Not only were you very considerate of the house, you were very kind to your hosts, Jeff and Bobbi. Please come and see us, again!
The house at Fly Creek met and surpassed our expectations. It is a stunning house (note the extraordinary carpentry), expansive, and beautifully appointed. As a three-generation family group (and as separate households), we have rented multiple houses. The cleanliness of this house stood out. The indoor pool was fabulous. The bedrooms, all with en suite baths, were large and comfortable with good beds. The kitchen equipment was extensive and ample (I especially appreciated the large, sturdy roasting pans and pots so critical for large group cooking). And, of course, the location is picture perfect (think Currier and Ives). The property manager answered every question I had before arrival and decorated the house for the holidays, which added to our pleasure. Bobbi and Jeff, the hosts who reside in the carriage house on the estate, were fantastic, answering questions, providing items, and delivering packages that arrived at their door. Our family was worried about making the trip due to COVID, but we tested and quarantined before going, and Bobbi and Jeff supported our wish to be socially distant while remaining genuinely friendly and helpful. I hope we can arrange a return trip post-COVID and have the chance to be more social. Our only concern with the house was the spotty internet service. We found that we did better using the mobile hot spot from our phones, and I recommend that to future renters in lieu of stronger internet. But overall that was a blip in one of the best family trips we have had. The house is a winner, as is its whole support system.

Thank you so very much for your stellar review, Ellen. Your family was a joy to host. We so look forward to meeting you post-COVID and hope that day is soon!
Our stay at the Estate at Fly Creek was our tenth consecutive family vacation (skipped last year due to COVID). There are 20 of us – my wife and me, 7 adult children and spouses and 11 grandchildren ages 18 to 7 (no 2 the same age) and a 20 month-old. All of our vacations have been wonderful, but this year was the best ever by far!
This house and property are fantastic. All amenities are exactly as described, if not better. The en suite bedrooms, 2 kitchens, indoor pool, gathering areas, adjacent equestrian facility, lake and tennis/basketball court were enjoyed by all. Everything was very conducive to all ages and each age group had special areas of enjoyment. There was horse back riding, an alpaca visit, lake activities, swimming at all hours in the indoor pool and, most important of all, numerous opportunities for family bonding.
The lay out of the common areas in the house was very conducive to spontaneous conversation among any combination of our family members you can imagine. All of our vacations have been primarily about family bonding. Consequently, our family members are not only related, but are friends. Because of COVID, this was our youngest granddaughter’s first opportunity to rub elbows with everyone at the same time and she (and everyone else) loved it.
My wife and I found that the instances of meaningful conversation between the adults and older children were much more numerous during this vacation. Because of the past 18 months, we’re sure there are numerous contributing factors. However, we are convinced this house was the major contributing factor.
Thank you, Kelly Hart, for a great stay. We highly recommend Estate at Fly Creek!

Debbie and her family were great guests. They treated our property with such care it looked like it didn’t need cleaning after they left. They were one of the best. We would love to host them again.
This place will surpass all your expectations! We had the most wonderful time, nestled into the beautiful nature and comfort of this well designed and thoughtfully equipped home. With 2 industrial kitchens, ample common space, comfortable bedrooms each with their own private baths, and activities from fishing to horseback riding to pool time, there is no shortage of places or activities to keep everyone happy.
The hosts' were very thoughtful, responsive, and kind -- we even got to pet the Alpacas and roast wild garlic for our family reunion BBQ.
Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time here, Location and property was beautiful. Loved the decor of the house, my kids are already asking to go back. Jeff was very helpful.
The only thing bothered me was , we were rush for check out at 9;45 am even though checked was at 11 am as per online.
This was the perfect house and property for our group of friends to get away and relax. Jeff and Bobbi are great host and the house is beautiful! Can’t wait to go back for another getaway!

Why they chose this property
Perfect rural setting, near skiing, shooting, boating, golfing and boating with exciting onsite amenities for a delightful and memorable vacation. Ideal for families who want to leave the city and visit local, as an extended-stay venue to telecommute at home. Paddle around in the heated indoor pool and relax in the steam room. And, horses! Make a day of it at Otsego Lake. There you can find a two-hour boat tour, plenty of walking paths, restaurants with a view and lots more. Susquehanna River starts at the South end of the lake. The town of Cooperstown is only 5 miles away and home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
What makes this property unique
On-site horse barn, which includes both indoor and outdoor riding rinks, is managed by Taylortime Equine. Our guests can schedule a trail ride, or even lessons, for an additional fee.
Fiery evening sunsets can be viewed from multiple points on the property. But, the best spot is around the fire pit. There, you can enjoy the rest of the evening after the sun goes down. Great for both single folks and families! Let the kiddos romp on the expansive lawn while the grown-ups enjoy the fire and the starry, starry sky.
