The house is nestled in the heart of a very pretty landscaped and wooded garden of 1300 m2 with terraces, deckchairs, a hammock, garden furniture, a barbecue area and a plancha, as well as an outdoor shower for returning from the beach. The garden is enclosed and you can park your vehicle there in complete safety.

You will appreciate the immediate proximity of the large sandy beach accessible on foot, the centre of the village with its shops. You will also appreciate the tranquility of the place. The nearest towns are located 4 kms away and 10 kms, where you will find supermarkets, and many food shops (butchers, fishmongers, delicatessens, restaurants, etc.).
