About this property

Come and spend a moment of relaxation in this spacious new house with heated swimming pool located in the seaside resort of Carantec in the heart of the Bay of Morlaix.
15 minutes by car from Morlaix, Roscoff or St Pol de Léon, you can also easily discover the historical heritage of the region while enjoying the golden beaches of Carantec on foot and the beauty of its coastline overlooking the Bay of Morlaix and its many islets.
Many nautical activities and hiking trails will be available to you and will allow you to discover the castle of the bull, the callot island, the island of Batz or the black island.

Located in a quiet area, close to all amenities on foot (5 minutes from the city center on foot) this large family house with 5 bedrooms can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
On the ground floor, the house has a large kitchen open to a large living room.
This living space opens directly onto the terrace, the heated swimming pool (8x4 m) and the wooded garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, at your disposal: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher.
A washing machine and freezer are present in the cellar annexed to the kitchen.
A master bedroom with dressing room is also on the ground floor: it has a private bathroom (with shower, bath and double sinks).

The first floor has a large mezzanine (with TV and elliptical trainer) leading to 4 bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower, bathtub and double sinks) and WC.
3 bedrooms have double beds (140x190), with cupboards and desks, the 4th bedroom has one with bunk bed, cupboard and desk.
To enjoy the outdoors, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, plancha and ping pong table will be at your disposal.

Linen is included in the rental.
Possibility of providing a cot.

Excellente adresse

Très belle maison, très agréable à vivre, agencée avec goût, très propre. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Je recommande très fortement, les yeux fermés.
